šŸ“ā€ā˜ ļø Privacy — the plain-English version

Last updated: June 2026

George Games is a small games site made for a group of friends. We try to collect as little about you as possible, we never sell your information, and there are no adverts or trackers. Here's exactly what we keep and why.

What we keep

That's it. We don't ask for an email address, your real name, your birthday, your address, or your location. We don't track what you do around the web.

Why we keep it

Only to make the game work — to log you in, save your progress, and show the leaderboards. We don't use any of it for advertising or profiling.

Who can see it

Other players can see your nickname and avatar on the leaderboards. Nobody outside the game can see your information, and we never share or sell it. Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider (Supabase) and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time. Go to Your Treasure Chest (Profile) → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, scores, coins and items — it can't be undone. If you'd rather we did it for you, just email us at the address below.

For parents

This site is run by Jonny Powell for his son and his son's friends. We hold the minimum data described above and never share it. If you'd like to see what we hold about your child, correct it, or have it deleted, email CONTACT_EMAIL and we'll sort it out promptly. You can also contact the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you ever have a concern about how children's data is handled.
